Your vacation home is located in a small, tranquil bungalow complex in Hohen Wieschendorf.

The accommodation was renovated in 2017 and is located on a 300 sqm nature plot with private sitting area. On the terrace you will find garden furniture, sunbeds as well as a barbecue. Here you can spend relaxing barbecue evenings. For fun with the whole family there is a weatherproof table tennis table.

The living and dining area is modern and functionally furnished. The open, adjacent kitchen is fully equipped. The first, separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed, in the second separate bedroom there is a bunk bed for the children.

Crib and chair can be ordered before arrival subject to availability.

Hohen Wieschendorf is a small district of the municipality of Hohenkirchen with a high tourist orientation. Between Wismar and Boltenhagen at the Wohlenberger Wiek, centrally located on a peninsula, you can spend a wonderful relaxing vacation in the countryside with your family and/or friends. Our bungalow offers you several natural beaches within walking distance, the European Baltic Sea Cycle Path in front of the door, in the immediate vicinity the golf course Hohen-Wieschendorf, several riding stables, sailing, surfing and kiting areas with schools, the Baltic Sea resort Boltenhagen, the Hanseatic city of Wismar (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the island of Poel. With the good connection to the A 20 you are in Lübeck, Schwerin or Rostock in about half an hour.

    “Gut ausgestattetes, gemütliches Ferienhaus, auch was Küchengeräte,Gläser, Geschirr und Bestecks betrifft. Auch Spiele, Bücher CDs sind reichlich vorhanden. Leider vermissten wir im Bad einen kleinen Abfalleimer und das Vorhandensein von einer Duschvorlage. Müllbeutel und Geschirrtücher waren ebenfalls nicht zu finden-so mußten wir uns alles neu kaufen.(was am Wochenende schwierig war)
    Das Doppelbett im elterlichen Schlafzimmer war gewöhnungsbedürftig,(nur 140 cm breit) die Matratze sehr hart.
    Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub!”

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Bis auf die Matratzen. :(
    An zwei Fenstern fehlte uns ein Blickschutz abends.

    Die Einfahrt zu den Bungalows ist sehr schmal, so dass man nur Rückwärts wieder rausfahren kann, da ein Wenden aufgrund fehlenden Platzes nicht möglich ist.
    Da die Einfahrt direkt an der Straße endet ist ein Einsehen der Fahrbahn nur schwer möglich.
    Zum Parken mussten wir eine Böschung vor dem Bungalow nutzen. Hier wäre das Anlegen einer "Parkbucht" hilfreich.
    Das Grundstück ist leider nicht eingezäunt, was für unsere Hunde angenehmer wäre.”
