Welcome to this beautiful country villa, situated in a charming village, Lloret. It accommodates 10 people.

The exteriors are very nice, with artificial turf, a chlorine, aboveground pool of 6 x 6 m with a depth of 1.4, a fully equipped terrace, two furnished porches, barbecue and beautiful mountain views. There is another terrace on the 1st floor with access to the bedroom, from where you can enjoy magnificent views of the village.

The house of 400 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 5 bedrooms; two on the ground floor, one with double bed and one with twin beds; and three on the 1st floor, one with two doble beds and two with one double bed each (one of them with en suite bathroom with shower). One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite, there are three more bathrooms; one with bathtub on the 1st floor and two on the ground floor, one with bath and one toilet.
The house offers very spacious, rustic and cozy areas. The living room is furnished with two sofas, a Sat TV, a coffee table, a wood stove, air conditioning and a dining table with chairs. The typical Majorcan, independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a wood stove and TV-Sat in the kitchen. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

Lloret is a small, charming town, where you will find everything you might need during your stay. For larger purchases we recommend you to drive to Sineu, located just 4 km away. Sineu is also a very pretty village. Every Wednesday there is a market, which is one of the oldest markets of the island, where you will find all kinds of local products and crafts. In the area you will find very rural and welcoming small towns like Pina, Costitx, Ruberts, etc. If you prefer sun and sand, in just 25 km you will find different beaches like Can Picafort, Ses Cassetes des Capellas, Son Serra de Marina, and many more beaches and coves.
