Country house with private pool, near Bracciano lake.

This holiday house in a hilly location is about two kilometres from the centre of Manziana.

The house of ca. 250m² is on two levels and has six bedrooms each with a double bed (180cm wide), of which three have an additional single bed (90 cm wide). There are three bathrooms, all of them with a shower. There are also two living rooms with sofas and tables and a large kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, freezer, espresso pot and toaster. The house has heating and free wireless Internet access.

The house has a large outdoor area with a private pool (12 x 6m, depth 1.45m), an outdoor shower and a terrace looking out towards the pool and with a great view of the hills of Lake Bracciano. There are also a gazebo, gardens and a grill area with a wood-burning stove. The outdoor area is furnished with tables and chairs, loungers and parasols. There are car parking spaces on site, which is fully enclosed.

The house can be accessed by train or car. Supermarkets and shops, Manziana and its train station are about 2km from the house. It is about 6km to Lake Bracciano. Terme di Stigliano are about 8km from the holiday house. You can visit places such as Cerveteri (ca. 20km), Viterbo (ca. 30km), Santa Severa (ca. 18km) or Rome (ca. 45km). It is also worth seeing the waterfalls at Parco della Mola near Oriolo. It is about 38km to Fiumicino airport and 50km to Ciampino airport.

    “The villa was a typical Italian old fashioned house with a pool. Maria, the owner, is amazing. She is very friendly and the villa is super stocked and everything has been carefully thought about. There was a ping pong table and a foosball table. There were inflatables for the pool, rackets and badminton equipment, barbecue area and a vegetable patch from where Maria kindly allowed us to pick some produce. We had a wonderful family get-together and we will certainly be returning to this beautiful villa. Positiv: The quiet surroundings, the villa itself and the pool. Negativ: Nothing”

    “Positiv: La villa è molto grande e ci sono diversi spazi esterni da poter sfruttare durante il soggiorno (bordo piscina, il prato, la zona barbecue, la veranda. Anche l'interno è sufficientemente grande per ospitare comodamente i posti indicati nell'annuncio (fino a 17 persone).”

    “We were 9 adults and 5 kids. We stayed for 1 week in October in this beautiful Villa, located in a very quiet and beautiful area.

    At our arrival we have been warmly welcomed by the charming owner Maria with fresh fruit, cake, water, wine, and a home made bread

    The house is very spacious with a beautifully living room and a big kitchen furnished for cooking. The bedrooms are lovely, with a rustic charm, very clean and spacious. The 3 Bathrooms are very well equppied with a comfortable showers.
    There is Wifi in the house as well as satellite TV.

    We enjoyed by the great pool completely private and the surrounding terrace and garden are very spacious and furnished with sun loungers and parasols. There are two barbeques one by the pool and the othere by the biggest garden.

    We enjoyed our stay greatly and recommend this accommodation to families or groups of friends.”

    “Das 2-geschossige Haus liegt recht einsam am Hang inmitten von Olivenplantagen, ca 3 km von Manziana entfernt. Es verfügt u.a. über 6 vollwertige Doppelzimmer und 3 ordentliche Badezimmer, einer großzügigen, gut ausgestatteten Küche. Das Grundstück mit großem Pool und Gartenbereich bietet üppig Platz incl. Parkmöglichkeiten. Die englischsprechende Vermieterin war zuvorkommend und verlässlich. Wir waren dort mit 10 Personen vor Ort und würden auch wieder buchen.”
