Apartment in Grafing with Ample Parking

The apartment is quietly situated, but nevertheless very central in Grafing in Upper Bavaria. Shops and restaurants in the historical town centre are within walking distance a few minutes away, as well as public transport, such as the S-Bahn and trains to Munich, Rosenheim, Salzburg or Innsbruck.Cosy, centrally located holiday apartment near Munich, with good transport connections to the S-Bahn and station, ideal for visiting the Oktoberfest or a trade fair

The 55m² four-star apartment (certified by the DTV for occupancy with two persons) is fully furnished and can accommodate up to four people. It is charmingly and comfortably furnished and has its own entrance, ensuring more privacy. The living room provides a large, comfortable sofa, which can be pulled out as a generous sofa bed for two people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a wardrobe and a desk. It also has access to the balcony. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment even has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom with a window has a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries. Electronic blinds are installed.

Please note that the apartment is ideal for 2 people. An occupancy of up to 4 people is only possible in short exceptional cases (max. 3 nights).

The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and invites you to enjoy a relaxing view of the garden. You can park either in the cul-de-sac or 50 metres away, where there is ample parking space.

Advice about the many trip destinations can be provided. Various maps and city maps are available. The owners speak English. Pets are not allowed and the apartment is non-smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony.

Nearby there are a Norma supermarket and an organic shop. Other shops such as Aldi, Lidl and Edeka, as well as Rewe and Rossmann are about 800 metres away. Apart from the ice skating rink, Grafing also has a newly renovated outdoor pool and a cinema. In the area there are also several beautiful natural swimming lakes. The Homeland useum or the Forest Museum and the viewing tower in neighbouring Ebersberg are worth a visit. The region offers a range of activities for hiking and nature enthusiasts. The town is an ideal starting point for cycle tours. There is a well-developed network of cycle paths in and around Grafing, as well as the whole region to the east of Munich, for shorter or longer tours. Motorbikers will also enjoy the beautiful Alpine foothill landscape. You can go on day trips to the nearby alpine area, to the “Bavarian Sea” Chiemsee, for mountain hiking, skiing or the many places of interest in south-east Bavaria. The good road and rail connections, as well as the S-Bahn connection to Munich make Grafing an attractive starting point for visiting the Oktoberfest, for sightseeing tours or for shopping in Munich, Rosenheim, Kufstein or Salzburg.

    “Ausstattung: vollkommen Ausreichend. Eine Ablage in der Dusche (Duschgel etc.) wäre wünschenswert. WLan ausN Sicherheitsgründen sehr stark eingeschränkt, nichts für Amateurfunker. Lage: wir wollten es nicht anders, weit weit weg vom Trubel.”
