This beautiful and detached villa for 4 persons is located in the heart of the Aquitaine coast in the residence Eden Parc Golf. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau. The ground floor villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom or shower room and a separate toilet.The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². You can also enjoy a lovely barbecue here. There is also a parking spot next to the villa. In Eden Parc Golf, you can book various villas for four to eight people. *It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €50 per week.
